Prepared using Indonesian or English, typed at 1.5 spacing with a minimum border of 2.54 cm. printed on A4 paper (21 X 29.7cm).
2. Title and Authors
Title is written completely and clearly, without abbreviations. Times New Roman typeface, font size 16, bold UPPERCASE & center, 1 space apart and a maximum of 20 words.
The author's name (or authors) is written in full (Times New Roman, font size 12, 1 space apart), the institution where the author works, and the author's address and telephone, fax, or e-mail number for correspondence purposes in order from top to bottom. the main author, the second author, and so on. (Times New Roman, font size 10, spacing 1 space).
3. Abstract
Manuscripts in Bahasa Indonesia should include both abstracts in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Manuscripts in English may not include abstract in Bahasa Indonesia.

Written on the first page under the name and institution. The length of the abstract is 150-250 words, with a proportional sequence and number of sentences consisting of a) Background (1 sentence), b) Research objectives (1 sentence), c) Methodology (4-5 sentences), d) Research results (5 -7 sentences), and Conclusion (1 sentence).

4. Introduction
The font is Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 spacing, 3-5 paragraphs long. Contains the background and research objectives in a concise and concise manner. The theoretical basis does not need to be included, but supporting similar research can be included.
5. Materials and Methods
Times New Roman font, size 12, 1.5 spacing, 1-2 paragraphs long, contains: 1) research location, 2) population and sample, 3) data collection, and 4) data analysis. Other parts can be added as needed.
6. Research Results
Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 spacing. The research results are presented in the form of narration, tables, or pictures. In the presentation, it must begin with the narration first, then followed by tables or pictures to clarify what is stated in the narrative. The narration is sufficient to provide a brief explanation of the contents of the table or picture, there is no need to repeat the entire contents of the table or figure.
7. Tables and Figures
The maximum number of tables and figures is 5. All figures/tables/charts/graphs are numbered sequentially according to the order in which they appear in the article. Captions for pictures are written below and captions for tables are written above (table with open table format). Figures/tables/charts/graphs need to be made clearly with informative titles. Each table or figure should be self-explanatory.
The title of the table is written in Times New Roman with font 12, bold (the beginning of the sentence is capitalized) with a distance of 1 space. Between the table title and table spaced 1 space. Each table must be typed with space 1, font 10.
8. Discussion
This is the important part, discussing the main results obtained and comparing them with the results or what was previously understood. The discussion also explains why such a result occurs, whether it is physiologically, or contradictory. If they are contradictory, the possible causes should be explained.
The discussion also contains the limitations of the study, including errors that may occur in the research design and limitations in the field.

9. Conclusions and Recommendation
It is the answer to the purpose, the typeface is Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 spacing.

This section contains only references that are actually referenced. So that the references entered can be found in the previous sections. References in the scientific text must be numbered according to the order in which they appear in the manuscript, and written according to the Vancouver system.
